BA missing payment

I had a flight to New York cancelled at xmas, I put in claim for delay and incidentals, BA agreed the claim and paid one sum of delay compensation, and the sum for incidentals, however, there were two of us on the flight, so the other sum of compensation has not been paid.
I have tried a couple of times on their own online forms to raise this, but I have heard absolutely nothing.

has the other person claimed directly themselves? Its the flyer not the booker thats entitled to claim
