I've twice gone to make offers on items in the past week and eBay has prompted me to enter my payment info.So I've backed out and left the auction to run.I don't want payment taken immediately, especially if I were going to collect with cash.

If you have an address that is hit & miss as to whether it's found is it possible to auto-add on delivery information? If so....how? Or do you have to do that kind of thing on a per transaction basis?

Does anyone know how to get in touch with ParcelCompare? Their website sends me in circles and when I fill the online form in it just displays a blank box with 'confirm your message' and nothing to click but an 'x'. They've charged me and sent no email confirmation and no sign of the parcel being collected either.

Unsuitable label autogenerated for return postage
The seller accepted return of the damaged in transit item. The item is bulky and heavy and needs to be sent by Parcel Force as it is about 15kg. Evri "delivered" photo
Have used Evri for quite some time and on the whole have had very few problems but for this bug-bear! I always check the Pic of delivery on Evri website and on the last 3 occasions all it has shown is the map of relevent postal area with the big red dot. I used to get a pic of the parcel.
