Booked & paid £90 for Sunday ticket, but gig cancelled hours later. Took 14 days to get refund of £84. OK Fees were in contract - but should they have taken original payment when cancellation less than a day later? Feels scam-ish, when they held onto money for so long......

Why do gift cards have an expiry date?
I know the T’s & C’s say you have 12 or 24 months from activation of most cards but does anyone know why? I mean, who ever you got the card from has the Monet so why are they allowed to keep it if it is not spent by a certain time?

New car in garage for 10 weeks
Hello all my husband has a Peugeot E 3008 GT which has been in the garage for 10 weeks with no sign of a fix. Peugeot rolled out an update for the infotainment unit which caused the unit to freeze. This prevented him from using the climate controls and other issues. He went to Evans Halshaw where the car was purchased and…

I returned a parcel to Nike via InPost earlier this year, but the refund has been refused - i've provided delivery tracking confirming it was successfully returned within the time frame and contacted InPost who've confirmed the same and opened a case with Nike. After several webchats with Nike they've now said they…

Used car warranty
My wife has just purchased a new car. The advertised price was £12195, however when we went to pay for the car, they tried to bung in a load of extras, which for me should be part of the advertised price (e.g. a charge for a full polish and vacuum, care pack, cleaning kit, etc). The full set of "extras" took the price up…

Should a vacuum last more than 12 months?
I bought a Samsung vacuum from an online store and after 11 months it kept stopping on one speed. The store said to return it to Samsung repair centre which I did.
