Argos haven't fulfilled my order

I'm a bit stuck with what to do. I ordered some lego for my kits last Friday, which was supposed to be ready to collect on Saturday. I eventually got a text to collect on Saturday evening but when we got there it was only 1 of the 4 items. My account still says Sit tight, we are processing your order. I have contacted them on chat and tried to cancel but I can't do it, as it's been a week now will they cancel the order for non collection?

It says collect by close of business 18/4/25 so today but the stuff is still sitting in my account.Nothing to see here, move along.0

When you ordered it would have told you when each item was available. Some may have to be ordered in for you or available straight away. It will tell you in your email. They also do state in the page of the item for your selected store if that needs to happen.1

I got a Email today they have cancelled the order. I wouldn't mind but there was no explanation of what went wrong. We got all the lego from another argos, I could have reordered it on line for the same branch to pick up right away! Baffling.
