Carsupermarket Mis-sold Service Package

Hello all,
Last year I purchased a used car from Carsupermarket, and at the time of going through the upgrades I opted for the servicing package. It was the most expensive car I'd ever bought and intended to keep it for a while so figured if I pre-paid then it's one less thing to worry about. It comes to servicing and I find out they can't service my car because it's an EV, and they don't cover EVs under their servicing. I paid cash for this by the way, so they very much have all my money.
I have called them several times now, complained on their website twice and also tried the live chat who firstly passed me to another operator, who then simply sent me the branch phone number and closed the chat despite me telling them I've already called several times.
On the phone I keep being told to expect a phone call from the original sales person and that never comes.
Where do I go from here? Do I just march in to the dealership and sit there until they concede? My first phone call happened to be the branch manager who openly said they'd typically offer a refund for this - but to expect a call back from the original sales person.
Ultimately, I'm going in circles and nearly £700 down for a service I can't even use.
Any advice for me?
Many thanks!

Assuming they are close by, I would go and speak to them, keep notes on the discussion and who with, follow up with a letter Covering your discussion) letting them know that you will will start legal action in 14 days.1

Is the Service & MOT Plan suitable for electric vehicles?
Unfortunately, the Service & MOT Plan is only available for petrol and diesel vehicles. It is not designed for electric vehicles (EVs).
I would go in on a weekend about it. While they have plenty of customers around..

Thanks for the replies all!
Interestingly enough, after posting this query here, and my passive one on Twitter (yes I still refuse to call it X haha) I suddenly get a phone call!
A "compliance officer" called me and sorted it out pretty sharpish.
Amazing what public commenting does. Thanks again!3
