SDP backdated payment - disregarded?
I think I've read on another link here that a backdated award of an SDP payment is disregarded indefinitely, if claiming UC? A payment of in excess of £6,000 is due to be received so would this amount be disregarded? I know I have to let UC know about the backdated award and payment.

Partly this was because I felt abused by the therapist, and this made things very tricky for everyone, and secondly I am sure…
