Praise for Vodafone
My 21 year old son has a contract with Vodafone and has done since he was 18. His most recent contract was an 18 month contract with a Blackberry Bold which he took out in March 2010 on £25 a month plus £5 a month for BB messenger I think, anyways it was £30 a month total). Unfortunately in mid April 2011 the Blackberry…

Admiral Call Centre
How irritating... I had to call up their claims department today and after being on hold for a couple of minutes it rang through, 'answered' the phone but no one was on the end! I could hear someone whistling and some chatter, but nothing else. I'm just glad I used saynoto0870 for a freephone number or I'd be very annoyed…

CD WOW! Up to their old tricks again!
I stoped using CD WOW! in September 2007. Now I remember why! So, I was searching for a special DVD or Blu-Ray. It's an American edition which comes (came) with a free mini figure. Looked everywhere I know in America for it, but no-one had it. Did a Google Shopping seach and lo and behold, CD WOW! had it in stock! Woo hoo!…

Poor service from tile supplier
Just to warn everyone about this company: https://www.Wallsandfloors.co.uk Their service leaves something to be desired. Firstly, they offered me a discount on some tiles I was thinking of ordering and then withdrew it. Then, when I did eventually order them, several tiles arrived damaged. Others may have had a better…

grand central trains vent
I was travelling back from London to Hartlepool on Saturday night when my little girl had an accident - there was a shattered glass bottle in one of the little waste bins in the gaps between the seats in the carriage and as we were just about ready to stand to get off I asked my little girl to put her sweet wrappers in the…

Listed in the watchdog report were the following Citroen models: C3 Desire, the C3 SX, the C4 VTR, Citroen C4 SX HDI. I've today discovered that my 53…

Cheeky Builders.
Just feel the need to vent. I live in a mid terrace house so noise can be a problem sometimes. No fault of my neighbours, it's just the way these houses are and i suppose we all have to deal with it. Anyway neighbours have gone away for the week and for some reason did not let me know that the builders will be there today…

I am so angry. They are turning my local netto into an asda
Just popped into my local Netto store and it's half empty. When I asked one of the staff what was going on he said they were closing down on the 11th June and are going to be turned into an asda. I am so angry. I really like Netto, it has some great bargains on alcohol, homeware, garden stuff. Asda is nowhere near as…

Don't get done get dom viewpoint.
I've been catching up on all of Dom's programmes since I've been away and one in particular caught my eye. Tesco a rant
I live on a road with a weight restriction. This is in place due to the number of very old properties in the street that have a basement, in the past there has been subsidence on the street due to the weight of vehicles travelling down it. The Tesco lorries are constantly violating this weight limit, despite there being…

Now That's What I Call Music
Something that has been bugging me for a while now. Now That's What I Call Music Volumes 2 to 9 originally issued on vinyl and cassette but never been re-issued on CD format. This is quite an annoying situation for collectors of this series. They did issue volume one a couple of years ago but have never followed it up by…
