How irritating...
I had to call up their claims department today and after being on hold for a couple of minutes it rang through, 'answered' the phone but no one was on the end! I could hear someone whistling and some chatter, but nothing else. I'm just glad I used saynoto0870 for a freephone number or I'd be very annoyed about wasting money!
Ended up calling customer services and they very kindly organised a call back from the claims department.
Not a big deal, but a pain all the same. You'd think they'd have someone manning the phones more carefully. Ah well.
