Think it was cos they knew the whole service in the area was down - no internet or nothing either for over an hour. Christ even the freeview was shagged too..
Hope you get it sorted though - theres nothing i can suggest im afraidone of the famous 50 -
I had a bad experience with it like yours in the past, never again used the service after that.0

Hmmm we had a similar problem with a PPV sports event, it cut out right near the end, we still had to pay for it as we could apparently watch the repeat for free, and all sky advised was a planner rebuild so it didnt happen again. We were not impressed! Hope you get it sorted!
Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end0 -
Hmm its strange they didnt refund your charges if some1 comes through and says the movie has cut out i would immediately adjust the charges wouldnt have to speak to manager or anything tbh though on the second attempt advise you not to use the service for the rest of the night and give you back both i think you just got some1 who is abit stingey when it comes to credits.
Edit: just a question did you order it from your box or over the telephone because if it didnt work through ordering it on your box then id understand why your charges wern't refunded (as they wouldnt have been on your bill yet) if not then yeah previous point stands0
