Asdas in basildon! ahhhhhhh!

3 times in the last 2 weeks i been into asda's in basildon, both of them and each time i end up having refunds as many of the prices on sale or roll back has been charged a normal price! i have buy one get one free on sauages 2 weeks ago got charged for both, got a refund, capo coffee theres roll back to £1 got charged £1.49 didnt notice that one until it was to late. double oreos sale for 80p charged me £1.39 notic to late for refund, dvd for £2 they charged £4 got a refund and there was many more ......PLEASE PLEASE guys CHECK your receipts! hopefuly they wake up and do something if everyones complains!

My closest Asda doesn't give the £2 vouchers anymore but the one 5 miles away does. I have wondered if the CS person does one anyway and keeps it for themselves??

I call that heaven - ours still gives the £2 vouchers, and I ALWAYS check the receipt!

My DD gets overcharged at least once a week - she always checks her receipt before leaving the store and always gets the £2 card. I have just started using Asda (used to shop at Sainsburys) and I check my receipt too and have yet to find an error!! I feel cheated that I am not getting the £2 card!!!
