Jelly disaster
Okay, I assume it's too acidic or something but I put (frozen) rasperries in a jelly (with tinned peaches) and it hasn't set. Is there anything I can do or make with the liquid mess that I have here? Thanks

Can i make milk jelly with QuickJel?

Jo Platt Beef in Ale recipe - help!
Can anyone who might have the cookbook with this recipe please remind me what I need in terms of the "wet" ingredients? I think the sauce has sugar, ale, balsamic and tomato puree in it. Does it also have worcester sauce? Any help would be much appreciated x

Puri Sauce
I have a fondness for mushroom puri, which is mushrooms in an indian sweet and sour sauce in a fried wrap. They are delish but I am wondering if anyone knows how to make the sauce. I have found recipes for the actual puri (the fried bread) but not the sauce.

Acrylic paint on oak table!!
Help...my son was painting airfix models on the tabel, and accidentally spilled acrylic paint. The table is untreated oak so it looks like the paint has sunk into the grain. I've scrubbed it with a damp microfibre cloth which has brought the majority off, but how can I get the stain off? thanks
