Alternative to baked Camembert?
Good morn! I'm having friends over on Sunday and usually serve a baked Camembert with an onion relish. The only thing is - I love the texture, the goo but I can't stand the soapy taste! Can anyone recommend a cheese that can be baked and will come out gooey but has a milder taste? Ta muchly :D

Hi, A large glass of water was spilled on an oldish carpet and not mopped up .
