Hello, I just had the idea of making my kids some milk jelly for a tea time treat, but just realised all I have is strawberry quickjel sachets. Is this the same or is it just for flans?

You need so little fluid to make up the quick gel tat I'm not sure that it would work for anything other than a glaze like covering for flans etc0

Well I decided to try it as the quickjel was out of date anyway lol.. It's set fine but it doesn't taste great! Even though I added sugar! Will make sure I always have jelly in in future!0
