Does anyone else find it annoying that sellers seem to wait until you, the buyer, completes feedback before bothering to give their feedback. As a buyer, once you have paid your end of the deal is done. So all they seem to be doing is waiting to see that you give positive feedback first!! :mad:

How else does the seller know that you have safely received the item and are happy ?

There is no right or wrong answer as to who leaves first, but to me as a seller, I consider the transaction complete when I know that the customer is happy.

Someone will paste some linnks in a minute to other threads where this has been discussed at length.

As a seller, I used to give feedback as soon payment was received, but then I found myself in a regular situation whereby I never got any feedback back.

So I wait until I get feedback before submitting mine.

It has been a whole 18 days since the last one!!!

There was an interesting take on this elsewhere though - since a buyer can only receive a green blob, what does it matter if they get one or not?

Those that "demand" feedback obviously have self-confidence or ego issues according to a well known Doctor.

I no longer give a sh*t. I don't leave feedback when I shop with Play or Amazon.

Sorry guys for opening this particular can of worms once again.
I did (an obviously crap) search, I have now read a lot of the old threads and a lot of good points are made.
In fact I have now have a new view on the whole subject!!

Exact same here. It actually seems to prompt them into leaving feedback, and it lets me know they are happy with the trade.
