Firstly let me start by expressing my embarrassment at ignoring this problem! As per my last post, my water bill has just sky rocketed with Anglian water to nearly £800 a year. Just had my first bill with a mix of 2014/15 and 2015/16 charges. The combined water/sewerage charge has reduced by 12.21p/m3 to 236.47p/m3, a reduction of 4.9% and my SWD charge reduced by 14.8%.
