Was discharged because of the bloody condition. What are my odds of successfully claiming with the armed forces compensation scheme? What band would it be if possible?

I joined up in 1978 at 16 in boy's service and left in April 1989 aged 27 with exactly 9 years service, I was enrolled in AFPS75.
