FTRS Pension

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me
I served in the RAF full time reserve service from 06-01-99 to
15-04-01 and was in the AFPS I am 60 now and was wondering if I am entitled to any sort of pension.

    You should be as you served for over 2 years.

    May be worth querying if your earlier regular service is added to the reserve service for pension purposes as both were under AFPS75.

    as you only served a couple of years it wont be payable until your 65 under the old pension system. Immediate pension is only payable after completing 22 years service under AFPS 75 or 18 years under AFPS05.

    AFPS75 preserved pensions are paid at age 60.
