Neighbour had BT account hacked. password, recovery mobile and recovery email all changed. Result - 1. email to address list asking for money 2. replies from these people being forwarded to spammer email address in BT (auto-forward) settings. Sorted with BT, we thought. Andriod 12. Incoming calls shown with country code
Incoming calls on my mobile (moto g30) are shown with the country code +44, the contact is not saved with the CC. The correct contact name however, is shown. This, I think, is causing an issue via Bluetooth to my car as the number is shown, not the contact name. So I don't know whether to accept the call or not. Any ideas…

Basic gaming pc
My 10 yo wants to play Palworld and Hogwarts Legacy on a pc. He already has an ancient Dell which plays Roblox and Minecraft ok. Palworld seems to have the highest recommended specs...which are expensive to meet!! We will have to live with 1080 rather than 2/4k, as the price is way to high. Already have an existing monitor…

Ring camera / doorbell plan price increase..aka unjustified rip off
Anybody else had an email from Ring today to say they are increasing the basic protect plan by 40% from £24.99 to £34.99 from July with some so-called extra features that quite frankly aren't worth a bean to most people (i.e. 180 instead of 30 days video storage, the ability to download 50 clips at one time). Absolute rip…

Should I get another DSLR camera?
My trusty Canon 550D after 14 years great service has sadly died recently, leaving me with the decision on what to replace it with. We travel a fair bit and I love taken photos and videos. My natural choice would be to go for another Canon DSLR, so would be interested to know people's opinions. Don't want to spend a…

I have a Tapo smart socket that I used to control using a raspberry pi and a python script which after updates no longer works.
