My HP wireless printer can be tempremental. I sometimes find that deleting it from the list of printers and reinstalling it will kick it back into life again. It can be a problem if there's been a windows update.

Wireless printers can be tricky, especially after Windows updates. Reinstalling often works because it refreshes the settings. To avoid issues:
- Update your printer drivers after Windows updates.
- Assign a static IP to the printer for a stable connection.
- Use the HP Smart app for easier setup and troubleshooting.
- Try Windows Troubleshooter before reinstalling.
These steps should help keep things running smoothly!

I also have fun with Wireless printers, they seem to know when I need to print quickly to take the document with me and I need it
right now.
HP or Epson. I find that sometimes it will print OR scan but the other option says no printer found. Checking device ID's it's the same IP
but instead of device number 1 it's now device number 2 or 3 and will not print even though it knows the printer is there and active.

I have same issues with a Brother J1200W printer - sometimes just turning off the wifi adapter on my laptop and renabling it does the trick, some times I need to use 'remove' printer option and reinstall. I've given up trying to install their 'iprint' software altogether. Oddly my Win11 laptop has less issues than my partner Win10
Had same issues with an HP too so seems the technology isn't perfect0 -

Have a Brother printer too, the only time its had a problem printing over wifi is when the Mrs has unplugged it to put in some airfreshner thing, can't really blame Brother for that.0
