U streaming app went missing from my TV
I have a modern Samsung smart tv where streaming apps, including u - formerly uktv - were working. I had to reset the TV and Smarthub in order to try to fix an unrelated glitch. After the reset all the apps were there and I reactivated them, except for u. Has anybody else had this ? Cheers.

How to open Office 365?
I've bought a subscription to Office 365 for my Windows 11 laptop and it's installed OK but the only way I can open it is by opening an existing Word document. Can I not create a desktop shortcut to it, or some other sensible way of opening the thing?
