I need to merge 2 pdf documents into one

As title, i need to combine 2 pdf documents into one file.

I have made it work in open office, but the 2 1.2Mb files add up tp 7Mb and the reciepent wont take files over 5Mb.

Been trying for 2 days now with no success.

(Its pdf copies of a log book if that helps)

Please help

I use PDF gear that's free. https://www.pdfgear.com/
It can merge PDFs amongst other things.
EDIT you can also compress a PDF.
