WhatsApp 'More Options' not where it should be

I'm preparing to shift Whatsapp chats between 2 Android phones. The instructions I've read say to go into 'More Options', but 'More Options' isn't an option either when I press the 3 dots at the upper right, or when I go into 'Settings'. After pressing the 3 dots the only choices are New Group, New Broadcast, Linked Devices,Starred Messages and Settings. I'm guessing I'm missing something which should be obvious, but isn't obvious to me. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Rumrat, I think I was misreading things. I was looking for a heading of 'More Options'. Not realising that the 3 dots is 'More Options'. Help greatly appreciated.
