Entitlement to Student Finance
I know this can be a complicated area, but Here I go. I completed part of a degree when I was younger but never finished. Would I be entitled to degree funding again & what about this new second degree funding for certain subjects? Trying to explore options.

While tuition fees get all the column inches, the biggest practical problem most students face is hidden. The living loan and/ or grant students receive is slashed based on parental income but there's no warning this gap needs filling. To go to University or not?
I'm in a situation where I will soon need to decide where to head to University, or not. In this current climate I'm having mixed feelings. On one hand, I imagine that heading to University would be a good idea. On the other, I don't think it would be. How should I decide?

Student House Utility Bills
I have just stopped my son from agreeing to set up a joint account with his new flat mates for next Uni Year to use to settle their house bills. Rather than paying off your child's student loan, why not put that lump sum toward their pension?
My son finished university a year ago and is about to begin a career on a graduate scheme. He will earn enough that he'll just begin to pay back his student loan; that suggests also that over his career he'll earn at a sufficient level to pay back his loan completely. We're in the fortunate position of being able to pay…

Paying off student loan with credit card
Apologies if this has been covered previously, but I've got a Plan 1 student loan which is going to be paid off fairly soon - it's around £3k and I pay £300 a month through direct debit. I've saved up quite a lot this year by WFH through lockdown, and given there's less than a year left on it, I think I just want to pay it…
