Help to Buy and Hardship Fund

Options
I’m looking at the possibility of being able to find a masters after my undergrad. Scholarships and bursaries are useless I can’t find a single one that would apply to my situation which is quite simply not having over 25k to hand - I will be able to save a maximum of 14k if I’m lucky and with postgrad loan will have around 25k overall but with paying tuition fees that only leaves me 3.5k to live on a year which won’t even cover rent let alone food and travel to clinical placements (it is a medical postgrad).

I would apply for a yearly hardship fund however does anybody know if having house deposit savings in a Help to Buy isa will affect my ability to get this?

Or does anyone know of suitable places to find funding? I’ll be over 25 and financially independent, the course is so intense most unis don’t allow you to to get a part time job, and even if I could I have disabilities which make it difficult for me to handle the physical and mental stress of studying 50 hours a week AND working.

Will writing to my MP help at all?

Any help appreciated, thank you.

The university in question may be able to offer support and/or provide bursaries.
