Does the date I am paid redundancy affect accrued holiday entitlement?
Hi all, If I am made redundant on the 3rd August, but my redundancy pay won't be paid to me until the 28th August (normal pay day cycle), am I entitled to accrued holiday between those dates? Does having a PILON clause affect this (or is this indipendant of a PILON clause)? Thank you
