Redundancy question

Hi all,
I was given redundancy at the end of May with no consultation given and 1 day short of being there 2 years, I was kept on the furlough scheme until the end of July and the terms of the redundancy stated that on my acceptance that my holidays and redundancy pay were inclusive, my understanding is that inclusive would mean I still got them?
Also as I understand it all my holiday pay in the furlough period should be at full pay and not as the furlough rate?
Thanks

Also they made me work during being furloughed, as I think this is illegal do I just report them? or can I claim be made for working these days?
Thanks0 -
what are the exact date
Start date
date of notice
date of termination.
You may have a claim for redundancy
Any holiday pay during furlough should be 100%
They did not make you work during Furlough you chose to.

Start date 4th June 2018
No notice was given, it was immediate. the date was 26th May 2020 and the letter stated - we will keep you on the furlough scheme as a goodwill gesture until 31st July and this will be your last day, this will be inclusive of your salary and notice period, you are not entitled to redundancy payment due to your length of service.
(so my initial thought of 1 day from 2 years was wrong, apologies)0 -
If they terminated the contract 31st July you are due a redundancy payment.
26th May statutory one week notice would take you to 2nd June but they kept you on.
What have they put on the P45?1 -
they have put end of July, but with the caveat of the inclusive thing they put in writing would I still be entitled?
