Options
My company are asking people to go on job share to save jobs, but what happens after 12 weeks if they make us redundant, will they only have to pay redundancy payment based on my last 12 weeks earnings, half of what I would get ,I have been there 10 years
Thanks

Is the job share in conjunction with flexible furlough?  Shouldn't impact your statutory entitlements. At least your employer is allowing as much time as possible for the business to recover. Rather than cutting head count now.
