This document shows no PPI...
Just looking through the last bit of paperwork for any PPI... Was a tad confused by this agreement but think it’s for warranty I took out on a car purchase as all the PPI columns read as 0... so the warranty of the car must be classed as the ‘insurance’. Am I right ? https://ibb.co/fHCrCrL https://ibb.co/bRd4VCQ

Hello all, Having just searched the site for any potential information/help on claiming back any mis-sold PPi from the above company I am only finding old threads that are closed and none seem to show any success. I am now wondering if any one has ever managed to claim their PPI back from them? I know it was mis-sold…

Capital Bank Group.
That's weird, I just googled CBG and ended up back here, anyway. Going back through old papers relating to a mortgage that I took out dated 1999, now payed up and finished with, I took out a small loan, with the purchase price of the house, for house improvements. I have a letter confirming a mortgage care policy for the…

Claiming PPI on Credit Card but Card number has changed
I took out a Bank of Scotland Credit Card back in 2005 but at some point in the years that followed, the Account Number (i.e. Credit Card Number) changed. I don't have any paperwork (that I have found so far) that covers/explain this but I do have both the old and the new Credit Card Numbers (and the account is still…

Back in 2004 I took out PPI on a HSBC credit card whilst I was a student. HSBC managed to locate the records so I raised a PPI claim. I didn't use a third party agency to claim and managed everything myself. Couple of weeks ago they came back with decision in my favour however the compensation awarded is few pence more…

The Deadline
I am looking at PPI claims for a family member, and she has given me lots of information about past mortgage lenders, credit cards, loans etc, but mainly names of companies, rather than actual dates or account numbers. I therefore need to look at contacting each of these institutions to determine whether the family member…

Trying to help my partner get her PPI refunded from Reg Vardy, have searched this forum and cant see any mention of them regarding PPI mis selling. Claiming from Financial Adviser
We tried to claim from the Halifax. They came back to us and said because it was an Independent Financial Adviser and he has retired we can’t claim anything back, but he told us he would get paid commission from them. We don’t have any paperwork. We are both self employed. What do we do?

Hi...........I'm a very confused and struggling 71 year old. I know I was mis-sold PPI but don't really know where to start as I don't have any paperwork anymore and can't remember the exact details of my loans. I have remarried twice since my first 'foray' with my bank and therefore have changed account numbers too. In…

Littlewoods PPI Refund Request from 2000-02 - Is it worth it?
I have just realised I was paying for PPI when I shouldn't have been, have worked out the dates and it was Kays / Littlewoods from 2000-2002. As they weren't regulated then is there much point attempting to claim back? I know I can give it a go, but I am assuming that they will just flat out say no because they can. Has…

Ppi help
I know I was missold ppi. It was in early 90’s. We always refused ppi then bought a car on finance. We told them we didn’t want or need ppi but they said we had to have it to get the loan. I used a company a few months back and told them of this - they stated unless I had paperwork they couldn’t help me. It’s 25+ years…

Lincoln Financial group-Sun Life
I have read so much my head hurts-hoping for some advice. Took out a Growth 10 Plus Plan in March 1982 with Lincoln Financial. (savings plan) This had an element of Life Cover and I'm sure a huge element of commission that was never explained. The Lincoln policy passed to Sun Life of Canada and I cashed it in March 2012…

PPI and old/current catalogue accounts
My pensioner mum has long squandered much of her money on catalogues and ran up thousands of pounds debt. This hasn't been helped by her suffering from at times severe mental health issues. Is there any way she can claim back PPI from some of these firms? Paperwork would be a problem as she absolutely does not like me…

I’m at day 6 and can’t see any evidence that the payment is anywhere close to being transferred. Has anybody else here been awarded a refund by Tesco and was your payment received on time?…

Virgin Money Mortgage
Hi We had an offset mortgage with Virgin Money from 1996 to 2004. I am not sure whether we had PPI associated with this mortgage. I was going to use the Resoler tool but can't see Virgin on the drop down field. Is it likely/possible that we paid PPI?

Paymentshield claims
This question has probably been asked loads of times and I apologise now if it has! I bought my house in 2007 and like lots of people at the time, I just needed a mortgage. I eventually found one that we could afford. At the time I just agreed to everything because we wanted the house and only now do I realise that one of…
