Claiming PPI on Credit Card but Card number has changed

Options
I took out a Bank of Scotland Credit Card back in 2005 but at some point in the years that followed, the Account Number (i.e. Credit Card Number) changed.

I don't have any paperwork (that I have found so far) that covers/explain this but I do have both the old and the new Credit Card Numbers (and the account is still active today).

To me, this has always just been the same CC Account, but in PPI Claim terms, it this the case?

Do I need to submit two claims - one on the old Card Number and one on the new Card Number or do I just submit one claim and then BOS will work it all out?

My concern if I only use/provide one Card Number is that they will only process the claim for the period covered by that Card Number.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice given.
