Lloyds PPI waiting since June ‘19
Is this the longest wait for PPI claim? Since early June 2019! it’s a very old Lloyds Bank loan going back to 1988, but I have bank statements showing all payments, as well as the Loan Agreement and some loan statements. Lloyds have upheld the claim but tell me that the reason for the delay is because it is a complicated…

PPI not reviewed due to time limits but letter never received
Hi, I have looked in the threads and there are similar posts about banks refusing PPI reviews because of time limits. None of them (as far as I can see) have really answered the question about what happens if you have changed address and not received the letter, which is what has happened to us. They said we had 3 years to…

Ppi/hmrc
I may be thick but here goes. I’m a basic rate taxpayer. On works pension. No savings. Got ppi payout last year of c£3900. Tax deducted was £217. HMRC are telling me that the first £1000 is tax free but the remaining £2900 is taxable at 20%. I therefore owe them a further £422. Is this correct ?

Timing of PPI payment question
Hi, I hope someone can help me. In 2016/17 I was a 20% tax payer, with untaxed savings interest allowance of £1000. In 2017/18 I became a 40% payer, with untaxed savings interest allowance of £500, which I believe is relevant for these payouts. In March 2017 I was offered a payout on mortgage PPI, which deducted £331 tax.…

PPi payout despite previous payment
I previously made claims against Lloyds for PPi. I was successful and was paid out. However Allay said they had found some…
