Successful claim but no payout from the bank. What do I do?

Hello
Back in August RBS informed me that my two PPI claims had been upheld and they offered a compensation payment. I accepted both using the forms they provided. However, we are now in mid March 2020 and I still have not received my payout from the bank - that's over 6 months have passed now. Is there anything I can do to get them to pay what I am owed? i know they say they have thousands or millions of claims to process but that is their problem not mine! They are a bank for heavens sake. Any advice?

i Work in the industry and have an inside track into these things. This stays strictly between us but what I would do, as an insider, would be to call the telephone number on the last letter you have from them, within the stated hours of operation, and ask them.
as I say, strictly stays on here, please don’t post that anywhere else, I could lose my job for ithelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)8 -

Patience. It will come. You get interest for every day it is held up. So, you are on to a winner the longer it takes.
