I claimed ppi back a couple of years ago on a loan,the company I used have issued a claim to the provident that I didn’t sanction or sign,the money I got back settled the outstanding loan ,now this claims firm have invoiced next for £800.what do I do i obviously don’t have that sort of Money spare

You'd be entitled to pay the company. They applied for the claim on your behalf and you received the PPI claim.2

As above. The provident wouldn’t have acted without a signature.
bear in mind some of these CMC’s who offer a ‘free PPI check’ via Facebook adverts rely on people not checking the small print and often included the term that you were giving them permission to pursue a complaint on your behalf as well as the information check.
ask the CMC for a letter of authority and maybe ask Provident, but prepare to find £800 to pay them.helpful tips
