I had my complaint upheld in July 2010 and a letter dated 25th August informed me that all the calculations including interest were complete and to expect a payment within 21 days. I complained to welcome finance 3 weeks ago about the mis selling of ppi, they have come back to me and said they refuse to investigate as its "time barred", i think i need to find out who the insurer was and complain to then can anyone confirm this?
