I had my complaint upheld in July 2010 and a letter dated 25th August informed me that all the calculations including interest were complete and to expect a payment within 21 days. Sure enough a payment came and that was the interest but no sign of the refund of the PPI premiums. I thought I would give them a few more days just in case but the refund failed to appear. I telephoned them on 24 Sept and I was told a payment had been at the same time as the interest, I said no refund had gone into my account. They promised to look into. Yesterday I called and was told everything had been sent to the loan department and was given a number to contact. When I got through I was told they had no dealings with insurance refunds. I got back to the insurance people and spoke to yet another different person who assured me that he would email the refund department and to call back today. When I called back today I was told by yet another person that there was nothing they could do until the refund department replied and I just went a bit nuts I asked for the supervisor with no success. To make matters worse they have not readjusted my loan repayments and took a payment+ppi last month and this months payment is due end of this week and I will not be able to make it without going overdrawn. Any ideas guys Thanks for taking time to read this
