Can they ask for evidence of name change
I am applying for ppi on my egg card but they are asking for a certified copy of my wedding certificate. I cannot afford to get this done. It seems descrimatory to ask this, they can verify my identity using my ni number. My cards didn't need this to change my name on the account.

Nationwide overdraft charge refund
Hello, It's been on the news today that Nationwide will be refunding 320,000 customers their overdraft charges because they were not notified before that those charges would be taken. Will these reimbursements happen automatically or does one need to actively apply for them? Thanks

Did Ocean Credit Card come from Citi or Virgin?
