Please help! In 1994 I defaulted on a motor loan with Black Horse. They took me to court and were awarded a CCJ against me... I was order to pay? £10 a month until the loan was repaid... I'm still paying it off. The loan has been sold on to Cabot Finance... I have two questions.. Can I still make a PPI claim and Who do I Claim from, Black Horse or Cabot Finance?

Possibly neither.

You complain to the seller that arranged the loan. In some cases that would be Black Horse but in others, such as car finance, you would complain to the seller (such as the car dealer, retailer etc).

Looks like I'm out of luck. Yes, I do believe I had ppi... Sadly the Caravan company who arranged the Black Horse loan for us went out of business about 10/12 years ago... But many thanks for your replies. :sad:
