Tesco ppi questionnaire

Following a potential ppi claim twist Tesco have just sent me a questionnaire which they say i have to fill out before they'll make a decision. My question is do I have to do this....I feel the questions are designed to catch me out eg. Why did I feel it was missold... did I work for 16hrs or more, what was the cost etc...?

You are the one making the complaint so you are the one who has to supply the complaint reasons. If they can't find anything wrong, they won't uphold your complaint. Tell them what you remember, and tell the truth.

No. You reduce your chances of success if you do not though.

You are making an allegation of wrongdoing. So, asking why you feel it is missold is normal in virtually all complaints.
Asking the hours you worked is checking for eligibility.

Not answering these very simple questions is nuts.
