Reclaim monthly Bank Account charges

I have been reading the 'Reclaim Packaged Bank Account Fees' guide and as much as I was not mis-sold my bank account and the 'benefits' that come with it for the monthly fee (i.e. the phone insurance or breakdown cover) - have been having the paid accounts for years with a couple different banks, just on the off chance that I might need to use the phone cover or something else they offer - the current bank account I have taken out (a few years ago) has come with some benefits, however one of them was scrapped - the Bank has removed the white goods cover (can't remember how it was called properly; basically breakdown cover or extended manufacturers warranty for your household equipment, i.e. TV, fridge, etc.), which was when I first taken out that account quite appealing - now having my own home it would be very useful if anything happens, unfortunately no longer a benefit on the account.
Can this be a basis for reclaiming some of the monthly fees I have been paying for the account?
Not to mention, as it always happens, the monthly fees have gone up.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

No. if the benefits change, you are told about it. It's your choice to keep it or not. You say you have used or find the idea of the cover useful and yet because one has changed you want to get your money back? Again, if the fees go up you have a choice of paying the increase or not so that's not a reason to get any refunds.0

Similarly, I bought a nice curry last week, and this week they’ve a new menu; can I reclaim what I paid?1
