Tesco rounding up bills to whole pounds without asking
Tesco garage just rounded up my £4.25 bill by 75p (for a charity) without asking. I don't know what charity. But am too embarrassed to ask for a refund - nobody want's to be seen as being mean. I don't believe Tesco should presume an opt in approach.

Does Trust Pilot steal your Contacts' email addresses?
A few years ago, I stopped posting reviews on Trust Pilot when I learned that by giving them feedback, they would get access to the email addresses of all my contacts. This is totally unacceptable. Do they still do this?

British Beauty Academy - Be Warned
Please learn from my terrible judgement!... I took a course with British Beauty Academy yesterday, for Eyelash Extensions. It was absolutely appalling. 21 students to two tutors. I asked a lot of questions, to the point I felt like a nuisance. When I asked about them teaching us about infills, I was told, 'I can't really…

VENT: Face Masks
Being a walker, I am appalled at the number of face masks being thrown away in the street, even in places where it has to have been thrown from a car window. Who do these people think is going to pick up all these masks? It's not even as if they are stopping the spread of the virus.

Sun tan lotion is not cosmetic product.
HI, I would like to thank the CO-OP for bringing this to my attention. Sunscreen comes with VAT at 20% but they are saying it is a healthcare product and should be VAT free. Please can you sign the petition? https://shop.cooppharmacy.coop/sunscreen/

Is there anything I can do to challenge Trustpilot reviews?

Crazy Neighborhood
I've lived in this place for a couple months now, it's a closed of street with terraced houses leading to another small road of bungalows, working class but looks nice enough... There are people who set fires regularly, blast their music on the street and have gangs of people over that congregate on the road. Every other…

Premier Inn and their good night sleep guarantee
Weird one this, because it worked for us. Family of four - two teenage kids, stayed in Premier Inn City Centre Portsmouth and slept really well. All in one room for three nights. Super impressed -couldn’t decide if it was the lovely long walks around Portsmouth, the comfy beds, or maybe the air con that worked and wasn’t…

UPS: faked delivery, stolen package, false tracking info...
Are UPS the most useless delivery company on earth? I have had a series of bad experiences with them recently: - Around a month ago, I ordered some headphones, sat at home waiting on day of delivery, parcel never arrived, and when I checked tracking, it said 'delivered' and signed by me. I asked for proof of delivery, UPS…

People driving whilst smoking cannabis
Just a vent really about the number of drivers on the road using cannabis (probably other drugs as well). I walk my dog a couple of times a day and most times I cross the estate behind our road to cut through to the canal path. Every day without fail I am driven past by at least 3 or 4 cars, often more, and the smell of…
