Ikea delivery issues can’t get hold of customer services

Anyone got any advice on getting hold of Ikea customer services.
Had two items delivered. They dropped of 6 boxes it should have been 7 and 1 of the 6 boxes is the wrong item. Basically meaning I can’t build either item as one had a missing box and the other a box for another set.
I have tried for hours to get through and can’t and they have £280 of my money.
Would it be worth doing a section 75 claim?

They've been a shower for me too, I went via facebook messenger.1

Items ordered 18th October, items arrived 17th November with items missing, finally being redelivered on 23rd December and get an email this morning saying they're arriving tomorrow, hopeless.0

Items were finally delivered, though a day earlier than arranged.0

I had a faulty item with them and it had taken from the 11th of September to the 21st of December to get my replacement.1
