Curry's team knowhow

This is a copy of the email I sent to curry's as of yet no response I hope you can assist me with my current problem.
It's a bit long winded but stick with me a bit.
I purchased a 55inch 3d uhd TV from you for £799 I also bought an extended warranty at the same time, I think it was for around £200.
I moved house some time later there was a fault.
I called team knowhow and I was advised to return the TV to the original store.
As I was going back that way I agreed.
I purchased the TV in Livingston and I moved to Duns 78 miles away.
I got an email from the repair department saying it was going to be delivered the next day if a can remember correctly.
I stayed home expecting it to be delivered by around 3pm.
I then called customer service enquiries to get an update on the delivery.
I was told it hadn't left your warehouse.
Not being happy I was told I would get it the next day.
I called again the next day to find out that the TV had been delivered to your store in Livingston.
So I had to take my 3rd day off and drive 150 ish miles get get it back. I was informed that the TV couldn't be sent to me I had to collect it.
Obviously I wasn't impressed and after a couple of calls I was given a good will gesture of £30 to cover my fuel cost but nothing for my lost work.
A while later the TV developed another fault this time it was collected from my home and returned to me after it was repaired.
I called customer service about 2 weeks ago to let the know the TV had gone faulty for the third time.
It was collected and went for repair.
I again called customer service last week and I was told the TV wasn't repairable and I would get a voucher sent to me in the next week.
I called again yesterday to chase it up and I was told that a gift voucher had been issued. I found out that the voucher was only for £670.
I expected the original price to be given as I bought the TV especially for the 3d function. I have purchased around 40 3d movies to watch and now they are of no use to me. The person I spoke to, dealt with me very well and agreed that because I had paid extra for the 3D function I should have the original price refunded as the tradeoff was to lose the TV function I could go for a larger TV to the original value.
I was told I could appeal the voucher and I would get a call back within 72hrs.
I asked to be called back after 2 as I am night-shift.
At 9.20 am I got a call from customer service. After being in bed for about 2 hours I didn't answer the phone.
I called again this afternoon and spoke to a person that told me I wasn't getting the full value. I wasn't going to accept that and asked for a manager to escalate the call.
He told me there wasn't anyone above him and if I wasn't happy to go through a 3rd party and take you to a small claim court.
As he delt with this type of call all day everyday and there is nothing he can do
I was suprised that the man wasn't even trying to help. In my personal opinion he came across as hating his job and had no customer service experience, even though he said he was as high as I could go.
After that I decided to end the call as I don't appreciate being talked down to.
I got in my car and drove to your store in Berwick to see if the manager in store would talk to me better than I got from the customer service person.
I got to talk to the manager and he agreed that I wasn't treated to the standard that I should havebeen. He told me at store level he couldn't help.
All I am looking for is a voucher to the original price I paid £799.
As the 3d function is no longer available I couldn't get a like for like model so I would like the gift voucher to get another TV.
Over the last few years all my electronic purchases have been with curry's.
4 tvs 2 sound bars a cooker and a echo dot.
Can you please let me know as to where I should go next.
I would prefer not to go to the small claims court and not to post this situation on social media.
I hope you feel the same, and understand my displeasure in the whole drawn-out sage.

Apart from the fact that the OP hasn't been back this is the Praise Vent and Warnings Board and OP would be better advised posting on the Consumer Rights board.0

Not a great idea to have your name over social media.Cameron O'connor from Duns. Its not exactly a large town and not too much problem for Currys in Berwick to work out wish customer thinks a colleage is not happy at his work and has no customer experience.
