MEDICSPOT FAILED TO DELIVER MANY PEOPLES FIT TO FLY TEST RESULTS MANY HAVE LOST HOLIDAYS AND MONEY

Numerous nervous calls today, 1st time after a 52 minute wait finally spoke to a lady, but she did not seem to be able to offer any advice if my test has actually arrived, 2nd call 1 hr 03 minute wait almost spoke to i think his name was Paul.........cut off. Third call 56 mins wait spoke to another guy each time promise to "escalate" the issue to a manager!!! Have i had any calls back yet? no, I am at my wits end i have not seen my family since last year and the only thing stopping me is this outfit supplying a piece of paper and a result! What i do not understand is nobody seems to know anything about your account, surely they have a database or something. So i wait until 11pm, i have a heart issue and elderly family i must see. Tomorrow 6pm im on a plane..........or at least i hope so. Customer service is hideous ,test arrived Wednesday as per instructions took test thursday and sent straight away. order number #9274 also noticed there seems to be a pattern to the names of good reviews. Update spoke to a manage last night, he provided no solution.said I'd need to email but can I leave it 3-4 days as busy... disgraceful!!!! No parcel arrived no flight and it was the courier they chose not me My elderly Mother is in tears, my father in a bad position health wise, you have ruined my chance to spend christmas with my family, i havent seen them for a year, i hope you are very proud of yourselves!!!!! Their lab, and they have clearly taken too many orders. Yet they still try to blame external factors.1 -
