Magoloft website have you bought from them?

Hi,
My partner bought what she thought was a cleaning brush from the Magoloft website including postage was £19.99 (anyone have dealings with them) and all she got was the brush heads.
Sent them an email and got back a set of codes such as 004 005 etc pertaining as to what was wrong. Seemed like an excuse to make it as hard as possible for customers to address the issue.
I did a search and trust pilot reviews don't think much of them.

I have sent an email to them stating that I would report them to trading standards and action fraud, but probably think they will take no notice.
Just wondering is there any other means for us to report them?
