Sodastream Gone Missing?

Does anyone know if Sodastream UK is still trading? I have an annual gas (CO2) account with them and have been trying to order replacement gas bottles for about 2 months: The online ordering system is not working and hasn't been for 2 months+; Repeated emails to "customer care" only get automated response promising a followup which never happens; Tried ringing the helpline repeatedly over weeks, just get recorded response; Contacted parent company (Pepsi) in both UK and USA no response yet. Can't find an email address for Tiago Alves the General Manager UK.

Has anyone had the same experience?

Does anyone know what's going on?

Are there any Sodastream employees out there who can say what's going on?

Shops seem to still be selling Sodastream Machine is there still support for these and a gas supply?

The web site says    so presume they are still working .

Good to know but doesn't explain 2 months with no online ordering possible (for me) or why they're never responding to emails and I cannot get through on the phone. But I'll keep trying!

Well, something shifted I finally got a response to one of my emails. Not the first and not the last but I now know what's going on and I should be able to order more gas!  Maybe it's the "moneysavingexpert" effect!

Really interesting seeing this post, I’m having terrible problems trying to get a response from them, contact centre is too busy, it just hangs up! They have put my gas exchange account on stop and I am unable to order gases, apparently my last empty bottles were never received, I’m trying to respond to the last email without joy. Very poor customer services!
