Private Parking ticket
Hi people Just a quick question: Is Meteor (on behalf of Southern railway) a private company? We received a ticket for £50 but it doesn't say PCN on it anywhere, it isn't a council car park nor does it mention the police. We appealed on the grounds that we went to get some change for the machine and on our return we found…

I was parked in a disabled bay in my residential car park, but did not have any signs saying that cars parked in this bay will be ticketed or clamped. Unfortunatley, there was no other space where I could park and I was going on holiday the next day…

Any free parking around wimbledon central?
I heading to the Broadway road in wimbledon this afternoon and wonder if you guys know of anywhere where I can park free for a few hours. Many roads surrounding the area require paying for parking when I was there last week. I also noticed an odeon/supermarket driving past there, are they free to park? Or elsewhere. Thanks.

Unfair/Illogical enforcement times ?
I was given a PCN for parking on a single yellow line outside my house at 07:12 on a Saturday morning. The enforced hours of the single yellow are stated as 7am-7pm Mon to Sat as stated on the plate. I have had it confrimed by East Sussex County Council that this is because it is a ''7-7 Bus Route''. Fine. The trouble I…

My husband received a "remote" parking ticket from a private firm six weeks after the event. He was not driving at the time but as he is the registered keeper of the car the private firm got his details from the DVLA. He replied using the template letter on this site. The firm wrote back quoting the 1991 Road Traffic Act…

Recieved a PCN in Camden for Code 01, PCN Recieved, photos attached.
This is the PCN attached as an image for all to see. Can you give me advice on this and tell me whether it is valid? I have taken as many useful images as possible, these are just a selection, at the time I was the only bike/car to receive a PCN on this street, which is shaped like a crecent, the lines and signs are not…

Observed or not to Observed....
I parked in shipley and received a ticket for parking over the time limit....now here's my arguement. after reading the ticket carefully, it dawned on my that if i went beyond a tribunal and endered up in court over this, then the council would actually submit a factually incorrect statement to the court whereby they state…
