Camden parking Ticket

I was given a parking ticket in Camden last week. I was buying my ticket and when I returned to my car the warden had already given me a pcn. As you can see from the attached copy of the PCN (files.me.com/ashsmith/39lxkp) the car was seen at 17.38 to 17.39 and the PCN issued at 17.39. My parking ticket is timed at 17.40. In addition my car is bright green and not gold as marked on the PCN. Do you think I would be successful in an appeal?. Many thanks in advance

Please read the sticky on the front of the forum, and follow the instructions. Someone will then be able to advise you properly.
In the meantime, the colour is irrelevant, although one could question the officer's credibility if he can't even get that right.0 -
