Help with defence against DCB
Hello all! I wish I had found this earlier... sounds like I did everything wrong so far and now have a claim form from DCB Legal. But I have read the forum and won't panic. I now filed the AOS and have time. I'm posting because I believe my defence should be slightly different than the template (although I intend to use…

HM Court & Tribunals Service Letter
Hi. Earlier this year, I received two infringement notices from UK Parkinson Control about 2 separate incidents but both involving a Blue Badge holder. In the first infringement the Blue Badge was not a valid reason to park in this space ( unknown to us that any parking regulations had changed since we parked there before)…

UKPC charge for "commercial vehicle" parking
(Image removed by Forum Team) Hi all, I could not make this up: At the start of this month ParkingEye discontinued a court case for a PCN for which they'd chased and harassed me for four years. Days later I get a new PCN… I would like your advice on how to go about this: The charge is because no commercial vehicles are…

DCB Legal - 4 years later.
Hi All, thanks to advice on this forum a few years ago I successfully defended an earlier claim. I now have two further claims from DCB legal, on 9f which has reached the Court Claim stage and I would appreciate some advice. The original claim was for an overstay at a car park in July 2022. Using advice from this forum, I…

GBP Management DCB LEGAL court claim 2025
Hi All! So a ticket has come through from GBP Management LTD citing no valid permit even though there were no clearly displayed signs. I've read through the Newbies thread and also found an identical thread with the same company. My plan of action: 1. Wait for day 25 and then lodge appeal as the keeper using the 't-shirt…

DCB Legal - Euro Car Parks
I appealed a PCN with POPLA, following the excellet guidance on the NEWBIES thread - guidance I have followed successfully on previous appeals. I have just heard my POPLA appeal was rejected. The appeal was on grounds of a non-compliant NtK as well as signage, ANPR, etc but as NtK was not compliant, I thought it was a sure…

UKCPS Ltd - Online appeal form not useable.
Hello I got a NtK from UKCPS after overstaying in a retail park in Skegness. I've enacted Plan A to the site owner and retailers. I've also tried to appeal (blue template) as the RK to the PPC via the website on the back of the NtK but it doesn't work. There's no way to select 'reason' so it appears to have defaulted to…

Particularly aggressive tactics by oneparking solution for a ticket that was paid
Hi forum, I have skimmed the advice in this section. In truth I did not do it originally because this is about a parking ticket ticket that was paid but escalated to a debt collection company anyway. On xx May 2026 I used a car park run by oneparkingsolution. On exit I paid at the payment kiosk which was next to the park…

UK Parking Control Ltd UKPC POPLA Withdrawn Blue Badge Bay Markings
Hi all, In case it proves useful to anyone else here, here is my POPLA appeal letter, which resulted in the PPC (UK Parking Control Ltd) 'withdrawing' my appeal and cancelling the charge (!!!!!!). https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ksFymNRBdENK1MC1lrM-t_xuMYzQ71kX/view?usp=sharing I really dislike how they can try and mug…

The RK appealed stating…

Hi, just wondering if someone can help me I’m not very tech savvy. I received the £170 from DCB legal for parking fine from 2021. Historic PCN's Alliance parking subject access request help
Hello, I'm hoping for a little bit of advice. DCB Legal ECP claim 2026
Hello, This is the third letter I’ve had for this ‘offence’ which I cannot recall 3 years ago. Not sure why this has taken over a week to be delivered. This letter says it’s a letter of claim but also states that I should ‘deal with this as a matter of urgency to avoid a claim being made’…. Which one is it!?
