Parking Charge Notice - Shield Security
Hi, I have a parking charge notice from a private car park. I did buy a ticket and have the ticket stub with my vehicle reg on to confirm I had paid for the correct time, but the ticket had blow off the dashboard. Any advice before I do the appeal please? Thanks
