BA Cancel booking option
My mother and I made separate BA flight bookings earlier this week. About 5 minutes after we realised we needed to change the dates so used the cancel booking option. A message came up acknowledging the booking had been cancelled and a full refund would come through in 3-5 days. The next day I was looking at flights to…

Wizzair booking issues
It seems Wizzair started to add "card transaction fee" for UK credit cards. It is only a few pennies, so the amount doesn't bother me. What is a problem however, is that this added fee results in an "overpaid booking" and a request to contact customer services to sort out the refund. Online chat agent informs me that they…

APD Refund
Hi, Can someone tell me if I've got this right... I want to secure a flight with Easyjet from Paris CDG to the UK. The flight is €35. The EasyJet website states the government tax for CDG is €25.59. If I didn't take the flight and 'no-showed', could I reclaim the tax, so essentially I am only out of pocket €9.41?

Barclaycard Travel Credit Card
I applied and received this Travel credit card from Barclays but I found the level of security to register the card for the Barclays App too suffocating and infuriating to complete. Just too many PIN numbers, memorable data, passcodes and dates. Eventually I gave up and closed my account the day after I received the card.…

Barclay Rewards Low Credit Limit
We've applied for a Barclays Rewards visa for overseas spending in October, but they've given us a stupidly low credit limit of £200. If we pay off some as we go, or preloaded a payment would we be able to spend more? For example, if we prepaid £200 would we then be authorised to spend up to £400 while we are away? We are…

Should I Rebook or Take the Risk? Air Ticket Name Issue with Juneyao and Asiana
I booked air tickets via Trip.com for a trip from the UK to Seoul with a layover in Shanghai, flying with Juneyao Airlines and Asiana Airlines. Unfortunately, I mistakenly left out the middle names on the booking. When I contacted Juneyao, they told me that since two airlines are involved, they can’t make any changes. They…

Easyjet cancelling flights with few bookings?
Hi all, Quick question. We've a flight booked with Easyjet in a few weeks time. Its a relatively new destination (only started this year) and, currently, both outbound and inbound flights are about a third full. Its a flight only booking for us, but Easyjet Holidays are offered to this airport so fair to assume that some…
