Hi Guys, I rented a car from gocarentals.com from Miami Airport, we were given the wrong car and not even the right category. I have complained but the rental company are ignoring me and won’t help. i feel my only option is the small claims court, any advice please

Renting a car in France later this month. It seems virtually impossible to find a policy for car hire which includes cover to the interior of the vehicle.
